Manufacturer Defects- All
items are guaranteed to be delivered
free of manufacturer's defects and
as ordered. If any item has a
manufacturer's defect as determined
by the manufacturer, it will be
corrected by them at no charge to
you. We will even pay for your
return INSURED REGULAR US
MAIL shipping if it is determined to
be a manufacturer's defect or our
mistake. For jewelry- Loss of
stones, broken prongs or any other
damage caused by accident or abuse
is not covered. Note that
many warranties are voided if
someone other that the manufacturer
works on the item.
OUR
Mistakes or Errors-
If we have made a mistake, we will
take care of the problem. We will
also reimburse you for any return
via insured REGULAR US Mail that you
incur because of a mistake or error
on our part. (If you select another
carrier or faster method, you are
responsible for the difference.) You
must notify us within 15 days of the
delivery date if there is a
problem. You may incur a fee to
correct the error if we are not
notified within this time frame so
it is very important that you
inspect your order immediately upon
delivery. If the mistake is yours,

Returns
Returnable Items:
Items marked as
RETURNABLE in our online store or in
our correspondence to you may be
returned for a refund within "15

new packaging. Items returned in any
other condition will not qualify for
